Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase from CUFF CLUB If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Here’s how it works:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cuffclubuk@gmail.com to obtain a return authorisation and instructions.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
